What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name and the contents of your message.
• Technical data. Like any website, our host records standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running.
• Business contact details. If we contacted you first, we hold publicly available business contact details - typically a company name, website and a published work email address - taken from public registers or the company's own website.

Why we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to and running our business. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage in your browser is limited to what the site needs to work.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

Previews

We sometimes build a free website preview for a company before contacting it, using publicly available information about that business. A preview is a design concept, is not indexed by search engines and is not published as the company's own website. If you would like a preview about your business removed, tell us and we will take it down, usually the same working day.
